The British legal system is used in cases across the world because it is simply the best! Like in most European countries they practice Napoleon's Law, which means you are guilty and you have to prove your innocence; whereas in the UK the State has to find you guilty, because you are presumed innocent unless found to be guilty of an offence or crime.
